Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Coakley bags may be returned upon receipt should the color, size, or material not meet your expectations. Coakley Bags cannot be returned after they are used. We ask that the product be unused, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all the original paperwork and marketing inserts, parts, and accessories in order to receive full credit.

Please contact with a return request within 10 days of receiving your shipment. You will need to provide your packing list number for approval. We will give you the return ship address and the return shipment will be at your expense. We recommend that you use a return shipper method that provides you with a tracking number and that you provide us with that number. We will issue a credit once we have received the returned bag in its original condition. A full refund of the purchase price will be issued minus the shipping, handling, and other charges where applicable.

If you received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We want every purchase to be exactly as anticipated and promised.

If you would like to return an item that you purchased on, please follow the instructions outlined below.

  1. Include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be unused to ensure credit.
  2. Enclose a copy of your original packing slip listing the purchase(s) you are returning and why.
  3. Secure your shipping label to the carton using clear packing tape to protect the label from loss or damage. Please make sure that the address to which it will ship is clearly legible and the ship-to address is very visible and properly marked.
  4. Before sending the return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
  5. Be sure to choose a shipping method that can provide you with a tracking number and email that information to us.
  6. Keep the UPS Return Tracking Number for your return in order to monitor delivery status.
  7. Once your item has been delivered, please allow 3-5 days of processing time within the warehouse for them to inspect, scan and process the return.
  8. Your credit will be issued after we have received and processed your returned item(s). This time may vary. If you’re receiving a refund via credit card, please allow one full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement. Please also take notice, that it is to the discretion of your bank how long it takes for it to show up on your credit card statement.
